A day with MilkMan
Meet Selvi and Sri Murugan Dairy
Selvi runs a dairy parlor with three routes and a hundred small vendors. Here is one ordinary morning of hers, and everything MilkMan quietly did to make it lighter.
She opens her parlor in a few minutes
No sales call. No card. Selvi types her parlor's name and mobile number, confirms the code sent to her phone, and her whole parlor is ready. Every feature is free for 30 days.
She adds her routes, her vendors in the order the milkman visits them, her collectors, and today's A, B and C rates. Then she shares one parlor code with her team, and everyone logs in with it.

Vendors as cards, grouped by route. Drag to reorder the visiting order.
One tap to start, one voice to record
Ravi taps Leave parlor. At the first stop his hands are wet, so he does not type. He taps START and says “Pushpa, one litre three hundred ml, A grade.”
A big card shows exactly what will be saved: Pushpa, 1.3 L, grade A. One tap on OK, and the phone says it back and moves on to the next vendor. If it heard something wrong, he fixes it with big buttons, never a tiny keyboard.

Nothing is lost when the network is
The road dips through a valley and the signal vanishes. It does not matter. Every entry is saved on the phone first and uploads by itself the moment signal returns. A small badge always tells Ravi what is waiting.
Meanwhile, back at the parlor, Selvi watches her live road board: every vendor is a stop, green when collected, red when there was no milk, with the time taken between stops.

The live board. Green = collected, red = no milk, blue pulse = next stop.
When technology fails, the parlor stays in control
Ravi's phone freezes at stop twelve. From the live board Selvi taps Refresh field app, closes the stuck trip so it cannot disturb the evening round, and enters the missing stop herself. Nothing Ravi already collected is lost.
When he arrives back at the parlor he taps Arrived. Selvi sees the total route time, the average time per stop, and checks the litres against what the parlor received.

Leave is unpaid. Cover is paid. Wages are exact.
Ravi calls in sick for the evening. Selvi logs the leave for him in seconds, assigns a temporary collector for that one shift, and MilkMan pays each person only for the shifts they actually worked, using the wage that applied on that day.
Rates work the same way. When A grade goes from ₹47 to ₹48 on the 1st, the old entries keep the rate they were calculated with. History is never silently rewritten, and when a month is paid she can close the books so nobody can change it.

Simple prepaid wallet. You always see what a day will cost.
Feed on credit, settled against the milk money
Some vendors take cattle feed from the parlor without paying on the spot. Selvi hands it out from the Feed screen, with the price per bag and a discount if she wants, and the amount goes on that vendor's credit.
At the weekly or monthly settlement MilkMan nets the feed against the milk money and shows who owes whom. She records what was paid in cash or UPI, and anything left over carries to the next settlement.

Balances: milk earned minus feed taken, per vendor.
